It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to Germany's presentation at Dubai Airshow 2011.
Today, Dubai Airshow is the foremost aerospace event in the Middle East. A total of 33 German exhibitors are taking part in this international show because economic cooperation with key industrial nations and markets is crucial for the success of our country's industry and economy. The German Aerospace Industries Association (BDLI) represents about 190 companies from small and medium-sized enterprises to large corporations, thus covering an extensive range of products and services in the aerospace sector.
